Reservations & Policies
Please review our general policies (below) prior to making a reservation. If you are having difficulty making a reservation, please call us at 423-267-7866.
We kindly request cell phone numbers on all reservations. Please be sure to fill in that blank if you book online.
Check in and check out times daily:
Check in time is 3.00pm
Check out time is 11am
Stonefort Inn only staffs until 11pm. If you are arriving later than 11pm, please call 423.267.7866 for special instructions.
The StoneFort Inn's guests must be at least 12 years of age. (Exceptions are made when a group reserves exclusive use of the facility.)
Regarding Pets :
Stonefort Inn does not accept pets.
The StoneFort Inn and its Cafe are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted on private room balconies and the Cafe's exterior decks.
Your stay includes a hearty, full fresh gourmet breakfast daily.
Regarding Room Payment:
Your room(s) will be FULLY charged to your credit card, including ALL APPLICABLE CHARGES for services AND TAX. Any further services or additions to a reservation will be charged to the card provided at the time they are requested.
The StoneFort Inn's parking lot is located one block away from the Inn's front entrance. Access directions may be obtained at check-in. A nominal $5/day fee per vehicle will be charged at the time of reservation.
We are a 15 room boutique hotel with a limited room inventory and fewer opportunities to replace cancellations which can significantly impact our operations. We appreciate your understanding. Credit cards are charged at the time of reservation.
Weekday cancellation policy: Cancellation notices received at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time will be given a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled check-in time, we will make our best efforts to re-rent your room and give you a full refund. If we are unable to rent your room, you will be given a full credit in the form of a gift certificate to the Inn (less a $25 administrative fee).
Weekend cancellation policy (reservations which include a Friday or Saturday night stay): Cancellation notices for reservations received at least 72 hours before your scheduled check-in time will be given a full credit in the form of a gift certificate to the Inn (less a $25 administrative fee). Should you cancel your reservation within 72 hours, we will attempt to re-rent your room, and if we do, you will be given a full credit in the form of a gift certificate (less a $25 administrative fee) to the Inn. If we cannot rent your room, we will provide you with a special discount for a future stay.
