Chattanooga Hotel Reservations & Policies

Please review our general policies (below) prior to making a reservation. If you are having difficulty making a reservation, please call us at 423-267-7866.

General Policies

We kindly request cell phone numbers on all reservations. Please be sure to fill in that blank if you book online.

Check in and check out times daily:
Check in time is 3.00 pm
Check out time is 11 am

Late Arrivals

Stonefort Inn only staffs until 10pm. If you are arriving later than 10 pm, please call 423.267.7866 for special instructions.

Late Checkouts

There is a $50 late check out fee added for check outs after 12 pm.

Regarding Children:

The StoneFort Inn's guests must be at least 12 years of age. (Exceptions are made when a group reserves exclusive use of the facility.)

Regarding Pets :

Stonefort Inn does not accept pets.

Regarding Smoking:

The StoneFort Inn and its Cafe are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted on private room balconies and the Cafe's exterior decks.

Regarding Breakfast:

Your stay includes a hearty, full fresh gourmet breakfast daily.

Regarding Room Payment:

Your room(s) will be FULLY charged to your credit card, including ALL APPLICABLE CHARGES for services AND TAX. Any further services or additions to a reservation will be charged to the card provided at the time they are requested.

Regarding Parking:

The StoneFort Inn's parking lot is located one block away from the Inn's front entrance. Access directions may be obtained at check-in. A nominal $6/day fee per vehicle will be charged at the time of reservation.

Deposit Policy:

100 Percent deposit plus tax for all rooms booked. Please note all cancellations include a 30 dollar administrative fee.

Cancellation Policy:

We are a 16 room boutique hotel with a limited room inventory and fewer opportunities to replace late cancellations which can significantly impact our operations. We appreciate your understanding. Credit cards are charged at the time of reservation.

Weekday cancellation policy:

Weekday reservations do not include a Friday or Saturday night stay.  Cancellation notices received by 3:00pm the day before your scheduled arrival date, you will be given a full refund, (less a $30 administrative fee). If you give notice of cancellation after 3:00 pm the day before your scheduled arrival date, you will be given a full credit in the form of a gift certificate to the Inn (less a $30 administrative fee).

Weekend cancellation policy (reservations which include a Friday or Saturday night stay):

Cancellation notices for reservations will be given a full credit in the form of a gift certificate to the Inn (less a $30 administrative fee).
