General Policies

We kindly request cell phone numbers on all reservations. Please be sure to fill in that blank if you book online.

Check inn and check out times daily:
Check in time is 3.00pm
Check out time is 11am

Late Arrivals
Stonefort Inn only staffs until 11pm. If you are arriving later than 11pm, please call 423.267.7866 for special instructions.

Regarding Pets and Children:
The StoneFort Inn"s guests must be at least 12 years of age. (Exceptions are made when a group reserves exclusive use of the facility.) Stonefort Inn does not accept pets.

Regarding Smoking:
The StoneFort Inn and its Cafe are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted on private room balconies and the Cafe's exterior decks.

Regarding Breakfast:
Your stay includes a hearty fresh gourmet breakfast on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday mornings) and continental style during the week.

Regarding Room Payment:
Your room(s) will be FULLY charged to your credit card, including ALL APPLICABLE CHARGES for services AND TAX. Any further services or additions to a reservation will be charged to the card provided at the time they are requested.

Regarding Parking:
The StoneFort Inn's parking lot is located one block away from the Inn's front entrance. Access directions may be obtained at check-in. A nominal $5/day fee per vehicle will be charged at the time of reservation.

Regarding Cancellations:
Cancellation Policy: Please remember we are 20-room boutique hotel with limited room inventory. If you must cancel, a full credit in the form of a gift certificate (less a $25 administrative/room fee) will be given as long as you are at least 3 days (72 hrs.) from arrival. Should you cancel your reservation(s) within 3 days, we make best efforts to re-rent your room; otherwise no credit will be given. Special discounts will be given to you for a future stay should this be the case.
