These menus can be used for either sit-down dinners or buffet dinners. If more than one meat, poultry or fish item is chosen to be served for a buffet, add $10 per person because we don't know what your guests will choose from the buffet. We have to assume that all guests will take both choices of meat, poultry or fish and we have to prepare for that.
All prices are subject to TN state taxes and 15% gratuity.
